The former President of the State Land Office, Dr. Vozenilek, appears in advance and declares as a person: I am Johann V o z e n i l e k, am Dr.ing-, born on ll.l2.8888 in Briza b.Königsgrätz, röm.kath.Religion. I am today president of the Vorband der ind. Spiritus Raffi- nerien, Prague, residing in Prague II, Carlsplatz No. 3. On the matter: I know the Angelagenheit Coburg-Kohary and indeed I have been dealt with in my capacity as the former President of the State Land Office. I was an assistant to dor Tochn.Hochschulo in Prague before the World War. After the Kriog I was in private service for one year, after that I was a civil servant of the state. From the foundation of the ground office in the year 1 920 was president of the soil office Dr. Wischkowsky, he died 6 years ago, l925 deposed Wischkovsky, the post remained vacant for 1 year. l926 became president of a ground office. I remained there until the dissolution of the land office until 30 April 1935. As president, I had the following concerns: 1.) the management of the entire civil service apparatus, 2.) the perception of all the administrative measures reserved for the President in the law of land reform. the precarious impact of land reform legislation, not my var affair, but rather a committee of l2-members elected from Parliament. I was dependent on this permanent committee on the following points: determination of the extent of the land to be expropriated, selection of the same, dismissal of the latter from the sewerage, allocation of large objects, taking them into state ownership.
