He is heard today on the accusations relating to the confiscation, the sale of Coburg-Kohary's Fideimkommiss- und Allodbesitzes in the r d cr C on the matter: In the year l9 I joined as a state official in the service of the State Land Office, where I gradually moved up to the head of the section. It is known to me that in the year l9i9 a preliminary note was already entered in the land registers of Coburg-Kohary's property, hereinafter referred to as "Coburg-Owning", which was by far the largest part in Slovakia, on the basis of which the state secured the takeover of this property in the course of the Bodon reform and in the context of the Fidei-Komiss Resolution Act. This notice has been entered in the basic court of the competent district court. At that time the Prince Philip of Coburg still lived. I cannot express myself on the question whether the Coburg property was finally dissolved as a fide-commiss, i.e. allodified, even during the lifetime of Prince Philip, ie. before July 3rd l92l, the death of Prince Philipp. To my knowledge, I do not know any of the descendants of Prince Philip-Josias and Prince Gyrill, according to whom they would have shared their possessions in a natural division after the death of the deceased.
