Nykl belongs to: Razim explains to the Magnesite business: It is not right that the Sedria in Bratislava, the competent estate law for the Coburgers, freed the areas with the Magnesite property for joint ownership to the Princes of Coburg and the Land Office released them from the seizure, at any rate the Land Administration has dismissed these properties only with the condition from the confiscation that the land office must be heard at the later separation from the main property. I did not have the contract of the princes with the Lavino Lmt. Philadel- Phia. I was aware that the Lavino Lmd. was registered in the land register. It seems to me that the princes, against the Lavino in the ground register, have enforced a registration on the basis of the order of the court. Like that, I do not know. I was not at first aware that Nykl had any rights within the framework of this Lavino business. Nykl explains: The claims of Razim are untrue. It was well known to the Land Office, in particular Razimm, that the Lavino applied for the business and that a contract with the Coburgers was planned.
