Referring to my last consultation, I submit all documents relating to: Mr Rudl, Director General, on the content of which I will make an order as follows: at a request from the Prague district administration, the SD section on 16.2.43 gave the report shown in the annex, which was produced on the basis of our documents and is undoubtedly not favourable in the overall line given Rudl's prehistory. I would remind you that in a planning meeting at the beginning of the year, reference was made to this report on Rudl, with the result that ii-Standartenführer Dr. In view of Rudl's forthcoming integration into the party liaison office, at which we were all interested, we were asked to speak personally with circle leader Adam in order to hold back any party exclusion from Rudl. The circuit leader seems to have done nothing, however, but only after Rudl's appointment at the party liaison office, to have passed on the local report to the Gauleitung Sudetenland. The motive is probably to be looked for in the well-known tensions between the circuit leadership and the party association office. From here the report went to Gauleiter Jury, from this to Schulte-Schomburg. The latter must have shown the person concerned, Director General Rudl, the local staff report despite the note "Strictly confidential", since Rudl was in a recent interview with me completely informed about our staff report regarding his person. It turns out time and again that party services and, above all, the party liaison office itself are the confidentiality of SD-information, which is already given in and for itself and most of the time to the party still by 1 K-22h/41
