Copy Regulation on the fees for official acts of the German courts and German notaries in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. From 1942 On the basis of § 17 of the Ordinance on German jurisdiction in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia of 14 April 1939 (Reichsgesetzbl.I p.752 ), the provisions of Article 1 § 11 of the Second Protectorate-Rechtspflege-Verordnung of 20 March 1940 (RereichsgesetzBL.I pp.533 ) shall be replaced by the following: "§ 11 Fees in the case of declarations and documents (1) For the transactions referred to in § 8 the German courts shall charge fees in the amount of the fees payable to the notaries for the corresponding transactions under the notarial tariff. The fees specified in the new court fees in 1915 (see RGBl. No. 279 ), in particular the fees for entries, supplements and protocols, will not be levied on the registration fees. (d) for the admission of bills of exchange and cheque protests shall not be charged if the declaration or authentication is carried out by a German court or a German notary. In so far as the documents taken up by a German court are subject to any other charge in accordance with the provisions of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, the German court shall send a copy of the document to the competent financial authority of the protectorate.
