Due to the extraordinary number of land contracts, this regulation could not be carried out more easily in the Öberlandrat district of Prague. The Oberlandrat fully agrees that land control will only be fully successful if it is possible to manage such land in German hands in appropriate cases. For the formation of the so-called catch fund, Division I is responsible, but because of the implementation, it is dependent on the assistance of both the Kan Central Administration (provision of Reich funds) and Division II (technical implementation, in particular the management of funds by the Vermögenamt). A few days ago, the decree went beyond the formation of the wealth office; the Reich Finance Minister has at least verbally agreed to the provision of funds (l5% of the proceeds of the 2o confiscated state-hostile property). As soon as these funds are tangible, the wealth department will therefore be able to work as a collection organization in practice. However, the final organization of the collection should be the most appropriate body to which the corresponding, even more extensive, work is transferred to the areas of the S-action, and the files on this are available to the Secretary of State for decision.
