15a - 2 - 1.) The special treatment proposals shall always be accompanied by a copy of the interrogation copies of the accused and of any kind of treatment. 2.) In cases where the German women or girls involved are pregnant and it is perfectly clear that only the Pole concerned is considered to be pregnant, this should be explicitly emphasised in the special treatment proposal. If the pregnancy has already progressed and the necessary investigations take a longer time, it must be reported in advance, 3.) The enforcement report (i.e. circular of 5.7.1941, penultimate paragraph, paragraph 4) must be reimbursed, except in the case of special circumstances, only if the data on the admission of the population are available. The necessary queries must be made with the best possible speed with regard to the relevant bodies (masters, local group managers, etc.) - advance reports are not required in the event of cancellation. 4.) The decree of the Chief of the Security Police and the SD of 31.10.1941 - IV A 1 c - 9663/41 - concerning the transit with prisoners of war, after which the public admonition of well-forgotten German women must be omitted in the future, must also apply mutatis mutandis to women who have contributed to traffic with Polish civilian workers. In paragraph 2 of my circulars of 8.3.1940 - S IV D 2 - 382/40 - the third paragraph of the third and fourth sentences should be deleted.
