The result of this is that only a small fraction of the Polish civilian workers who have fled from their job are arrested and returned to their previous job. However, according to the experience gained here, anyone from the Old Kingdom who manages to reach his home town unchallengedly and who also later did not take responsibility for his insubstantial behaviour or those at a more favorable one. This is the reason for the escape of many other Poles, since he immediately informs the former workmates of his success and spreads such information via favourable escape routes, etc., at initial speed. I would therefore ask that all questions relating to the search for refugees and their repatriation should be dealt with in order to ensure that the work is carried out and, in particular, to ensure the speedy implementation of these measures.
