B 4 4.1 Betr.: H o r e j Š i, Richard, Dr., Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce and Commerce Brno, born on March 1, 1905 in Kier- ling near Vienna, residing in Brno. H. is district leader of the Reichscolonial Federation and a com-missary head of the group "Junge Rechtswachter" in the NS-Rechtswärterbund. He was formerly a con-ceptor with various lawyers and accountants in an industrial enterprise. For a 3/4 year he has been the only German secretary in the Chamber of Commerce and Commerce, has a thorough knowledge of Moravian economic life and understands how to get through fully with the Czechs. In political terms, H. is impeccable. He has been a member of the NSDAP since 1926.
