17 To Prime Minister E l i áš in Prague. I order you to dissolve the state representation for Bohemia and Moravia as of 31 December 1939. Due to the dissolution of the state representatives the state committees lose the legal basis. The state committees must also be dissolved and mentioned in their Stell le Landesverwaltungskomissionen. The rights and obligations of the previous Land Committees are transferred to the national committees to be appointed, and the Presidents of the Land and their permanent representatives are the German Land Vice-Presidents. The names of the members of the Administrative Commissions to be appointed will be announced to me by December 36, 1939.
