T 240 / 42. Prague, on 8 July 1942. Mr. Superior Councillor ! Under No. T 22/1942 of 14 January 1942, the chancellery of the President of the Republic submitted an application on behalf of the latter, the ministerial councillor JUDr. Jaromír Čihař, who was born on 13 April 1887 and therefore the 55th anniversary of his birth. In the application, Dr. Čihař's special competence and excellent service was pointed out, and it was noted that the President of the Republic attached importance to the leaving of the said official in office. According to the inscription of the Ministry of the Interior Z, which was received here on 5 June 1962. 15.967/1942-III/4 of 4 June 1962, however, by letter of 30 May 1942, No. I 1 c - 407, the Lord Reichsprotector informed him that he could not agree to the continuation of Dr. Čihař's active service and that the person mentioned had to be retired.
