9 Ministerial Conductor.Sper ifot .e neb Liebenow Prague, 8 July2l942. Mr. Secretary of State. In order to be able to fulfil your mission, as far as possible, to move to Prague by the 1st com. Mts., I once again tried to find an apartment in the slo. The only possibility that GoEeGu BEcK TTOIOB DeLane offers to me, which I would like to seize also HOPLPSEDLOPUSU, is the former apartment of Min.Dirig. Völckers. It would be too large and too expensive for me in its present state, but it would be impossible to do so, since about a third of the apartment is separated from the other part by the stair platform, which is divided into two parts. The larger part I would be able to obtain, the other part could be rented separately as a 4 room apartment or also furnished as 2 two-room garconnings. In this way, living space would be created for 3 officials. After Mr. Völcker's departure, the apartment with remains of the furniture in it has been given to members of the adjutant of the Obergruppenführer, who can now move out immediately. I could move immediately after finishing the apartment, where I assume, however, that the Oberstgruppenführer does not intend to use the apartment for gentlemen or ladies from his staff. I would be particularly grateful to you, Mr. Secretary of State, if you could raise this latter question with the Oberstgruppenführer as soon as possible, and I would point out to you that at least two members of the staff could be placed in the newly created separated housing section. The more representative other part of the apartment would then be led to permanent residential purposes again = Liabund. b.w.
