Further details are given in the margin notes. On the conduct of the Reg.Rat Dr. Nather, Mr. Nuadé made the following statement : He first gave Nather a longer period of time for work. On 4 January he reminded him of the completion of the report and asked him to submit the draft report until Saturday, the 9th of January. Mr Naudé had already gone to Olomouc for his pamilie, and he asked him what he had to say about his apology. Nather had declared that he could not state any reasons; he would today dictate the report he had prepared in the raw draft. On Tuesday, 12 January, the draft report was sent to the clinic by Mr Naudé Mr Blascheck. Mr Blascheck sent the report back with the remark that nothing could be changed, that the report had to be made completely new for which, of course, he was not able to do so in the clinic. Mr Naudé wanted to send the report drawn up by Nather at my request.
