I am aware that I too often ask the Minister of State and of you, Your Honored Ministerial Board, to help you in all matters of family life. One thing serves me as an excuse: I am my father and mother in one person, only sometimes I am a little soft. This time I wanted to give you advice on my eldest son, SS Rottenführer Igor Moravec,bitten, who was assigned from the front in early October to a course for underleaders in the Protectorate. He only attended this course for a week, because he had to be transferred to the SS hospital Prag-Podol with a heavy yellow search on October 20th. This week he is released from the hospital as healthy and gets a l4-day pay leave, which ends at the same time with the underguide course, to which he was called. The graduates of this course are to be called on 18th January in944 to a guide course somewhere in the Reich and up to this time they have a holiday. Because my son Igor was unable to complete this course because of the illness, it is questionable whether he will be called into the course. My son's explanation, which I cannot check, is that he could also take part in the driving course without having completed the underpasser's course, after having held the position of sub-leader at the front for more than 8 months, and in his assessment was presented by the commander as a capable underpassor.
