The Federal Labour Offices in the Old Reich should be instructed by the Federal Labour Court to grant national requirements from the Protectorate, especially if they are persons from the protectorate or if they provide Czech substitutes.The natural labourer's commuter traffic between Niederdonau and Brno should be re-launched by agreement of the section of the Reichsprotektor with the Landesarbeitsamt Niederdonauer. 2.) Better individual salaries, better treatment, better social institutions, DAP loyalty, holiday benefits, special allowances, Christmas holidays, are carried out in German, not in Czech companies. Therefore politically undesirable migration of the German labour force to the German enterprises or German services (protector's allowance). Cultural allowances not in general, wage deduction for Czechs not carried out at all. Required a kind of protector's supplement for the German workers.
