This would mean, for Dr M ü 1 i e r, that he would be regrouped according to his duties as Head of the Post Group. However, this matter depends on the reassessment of the posts to be provided for the management staff in our budget. In the meeting at which you were present, a B 7 a post had been set up for the Head of Division IX. That is all that will be achieved in our budget. In the present case, however, it could be done in a similar way to that of the Financial Group, where the Head of the Group is not at the same time the Chief Financial President, but the Chief Finance President simultaneously the Group Head. Here, this would mean that the Director-General of the Autonomous Post would not be the Group Director at the time, but rather the Director General of the Independent Post. In this case the post would not have to be carried out in the budget of the Reich Protector, but in the household of the Imperial Post Minister with the Reich official assigned to the autonomous administration and there should be no difficulty in assessing them according to B 6 .
