For posts in the 3rd and 4th grade, only officials in the 2nd grade are eligible, for posts in 6th grade only officials of the 3nd grade. and 4th grade should have at least the designation "Oberpostsresident" in former Czechoslovakia and the examination for senior and supervisory officials have already taken place, so that they can be promoted at the same time with the return. The applicants for the posts of the 6th Staff Group should have already been given the title "Postrevident or Post Assistant". Former post assistants would be immediately promoted to post-revidents.
