In regards to the Oberlandrat in Moravian Ostrava, I reply to the proposal addressed to 4-GruppeführER Frank from 23rd d. Mts. - sign Tgb.Nr. B.d. S. - I - 11978/42, that after a recent announcement i-Sturmbannführer Jonak had been released from the Reichssicherheitshauptamt for use in the Protectorate. In this context, I may point out that 4-SturmbamführER Hess places great value on going to Iglau to Moravian Ostrava. StormbannFührer Jonask would then have to take over Iglau.
