In order to achieve a uniform management of the Czech civil servant's offspring in the interests of the Reich, I gave the Prime Minister the order that in future, before any transfer of an official candidate to the civil servant office, the consent of the Imperial Protector should be sought beforehand,for each incoming application, an SD assessment must be sought, candidates who do not comply with the requirements to be imposed politically must be postponed until further notice.
