3a -2- of the often long-term judicial procedure, which will in future also be notified by the Security Police Commander to the relevant groups. Since these are treason cases which are subject to the order for referral and which are in principle not to be provided before the conclusion of the court proceedings, this notification must be made in a form which does not reveal the reason for the arrest. In the future, the individual groups will therefore be informed by the commander of the security police with the form attached in writing about such arrests. However,it is explicitly pointed out that_a_communication_about_the reason_of_determining,which results from the specific nature of the notification for the groups, must not under any circumstances be made to outsiders,in particular to the authorities of the Protectorate Administration, it is expedient to use the formula for the necessary instructions to the protectorate authorities that the person concerned has been arrested for anti-rich activities. In these cases, questions about the circumstances and the facts of the case cannot be answered to the German authorities and should therefore not be answered. I now ask you to ensure that, in any case, the arrest of a public official of the competent autonomous service authority is notified of the arrest and that, therefore, in individual cases, queries are not addressed to the State Police Departments by both the relevant groups and the autonomous service authorities.
