30a copy. Berlin, June 7, 1941 The Reich Minister of the Interior NW 7, Unter den Linden 72 II 6391/40 6845 To the Supreme Reich Authorities pp. Betr.: Deportation and transfer of Polish-sipped civil servant and employee to the integrated regions. It has recently occurred that Polish-based officials are seeking secondment and transfer to the integrated eastern regions. In the interests of the Germanization of the integrated eastern regions, I do not think it is appropriate that such officials and such employees or workers of the public service be given the opportunity to move into the integrated east regions. Officials and employees of the public service will only be able to be transferred or seconded there if they are not accompanied by members of the German Reich (§7) of the Ordinance on the German People's List and the German nationality in the annexed eastern territories of 4.3.194l - RGBl. I, p. ll8) who live in the integrated eastern regions, are swindled or are married. Therefore, I request that written statements be made from officials of the higher, middle and simple service and from employees and workers of the public service who apply for secondment or transfer to the integrated eastern regions or whose transfer there is otherwise in sight taken out there, that they are not with members of the German Reich (§ 7 a.o.), who live in the integrated east regions, to the 3rd grade, sipped or married. The explanations must be attached to the application requests and taken later to the personnel files. The consequences of any false explanation must be borne by the explainer.
