I would also point out that Article 6 and the following of Government Decree 379/38 on the termination of employment or retirement of married female staff are not applicable to nationals. Similarly, § l6 of the above-mentioned regulation does not apply to German nationals in respect of the prohibition of the admission of married women to the public service. However, in these cases too, the legally prescribed way of granting the exemption must be complied with.
