18 The Imperial Protector Prague, 19 August 1941. in Bohemia and Moravia No. Z. Pers. II-1/41 To the Office of the Lord Imperial Protector, 11 11 " Mr. State Secretary, "1 I1 " Lord Under-State Secretary, Central Administration, Divisions I-IV, all groups, the Office for the Land of Moravia in Brno. Subject: Transfer of employees of the Reich Protector to the free economy of the Protectorate: obligation to report. Recently, there have been more cases in which employees of my authority are dissolving their employment relationship in order to find a job in this because of the relations gained here with the economy of protectorate. Such an approach is completely unacceptable from the point of view of the authority and of the employee's discipline. It seems as if the subjects now in the wartime, where the majority of the armed and capable people stand in the field, want to obtain financial advantages. I hereby order that every employee, upon termination of his employment relationship, should at the same time notify the central administration whether he intends to take up a position in the free economy of the Protectorate within one year.Representative: Dr. v.
