(5) In order to ensure a uniform effect of the police measures, I transfer to the Reichsicherheitshauptamt - Amt V- (Reichskriminalpolizeiamt) the central handling of all issues connected with the police fight against violations of the war-related economic regulations. (6) The inspectors of the security police and the SD give quarterly reports - for the first time on 1.6.42 - to the Reichsssicherheitshauptamt - Amt V - from the following points of view: (b) a description of cases of a particular nature, excesses, attempts to circumvent them, etc. (c) proposals for the elimination of maladministration; this does not affect the ongoing reporting of the SD departments to RSHA, Office III. (7) The Reichsssicherheitshauptamt - Amt V - has to evaluate the experiences accumulated with the police and to present proposals for the elimination of maladministration in all areas of the war economy. I hold the heads of all police departments responsible for the fact that all subordinate officials are particularly eager to combat violations of war-related economic regulations, particularly economic sabotage, and it is essential that all the departments of the State and the Party are cooperated in a spirit of trust and purpose.
