In the field of price formation, the commissioner for the four-year plan by a decree of 23 April 1942 - VP 6513/2- with reference to the decree of the Führer to secure the price level of 1 4 March 1942, which according to his declaration (in paragraph 2 under b) among others also applies to the Protectorate, states that the guidelines given for the Reich are also decisive for the local area and that the Reich Commissioner for the formation of prices is responsible for its implementation in this respect. To this end, the Commissioner has ordered for the four-year plan that the demands of the Preis= Kommissar be met in the price area. Whereas these are measures from recent times, an absolute right of instruction had already been established in a sub-area with the consent of the Reichsprotector over departments of the Imperial Protector: in the field of import and export of agricultural products, Article 4 of the Regulation on the marketing of agricultural produce in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia of 23 September 1940 - RGBl.I p.1265 - established that the Bohemian-Märische Ein- und Ausstellung=stelle for products of food and agriculture must exercise the functions and powers of the imperial offices and their organs in the Protek=tor in accordance with the instructions of the German Reichsstellen.
