English Translation
Copy. The Imperial Protector Prague, 10 April 1942 in Bohemia and Moravia I/9 E 29/42 g Subject: Criminal proceedings against members of the military resistance movement "Obrana Národa". Following my letter of 8 October 1941 - I/9E II 107/41 g.Rs. - . With my accompanying letter, I had informed you that the Führer had decided that all proceedings could be carried out against the relatives and supporters of the "Obrana Národa" and that the order of the Förder of 23 September 1940 had thus become irrelevant. In September 1940, the Minister of State Dr. Meißner addressed a question about the content of the question whether the execution of the death sentences recognized by the People's Court in these criminal cases would be in accordance with the will of the Führer. In the light of my aforementioned letter, such a question, which I am firmly against, would have been unnecessary. Since I attach importance to early enforcement in the above-mentioned criminal cases for political reasons, I ask you to take your decision promptly.Heydrich /7 - Obergruppenführer und General der Polizei To the Minister of Justice of the Reich in Berlin W8, Wilhelmstraße 65. 4 b/2 3.d.d.M 704/25 7 Et ©.DC-6/42
