The experience of the last months has shown that parachute jumps have so far been exclusively individual agents and saboteurs. The skipped agents were local and linguistic Czechs, who had the ability to submerge very quickly among the population. 2.) Under these conditions, security police and security services are the most suitable forces for finding and fighting parachute jumpers, while the use of search and defense commandos of the Wehrmacht only speaks for success if stronger fall schism forces are deposed. 3.) With immediate effect, the following regulation therefore takes place: A. a) If - especially in sparsely populated areas of the Protectorate - a probably enemy plane flies twice the same space at night and good visibility at low altitude (below 500 m), it is probably intended to drop enemy agents (ortsver- trust Czechs). Special attention is always required when these characteristics meet. (b) All perceptions of observed or suspected parachutes, discards of loads and the like must be reported immediately to the next department of the security police, commander of the defence area and to the WB.
