English Translation

The great war forced into the people of Ours is, demands of all German women once again active intervention. This applies to us here in Bohemia and Moravia especially. In addition to the divisions of the party, NS women's union and women' s work, it is precisely in such an emergency period the Red Cross, in which German women and girls come together to serve the father country. I would therefore like to ask all of you, those who have already worked at home in the Old Kingdom in the Red Cross and those who now feel the obligation in this serious time beyond the tasks in the family, to make themselves available for Red Cross work. The reports on this, whether as an active member or as a supporting member, I ask to send them to the district offices of the German Red Cross, which are to be asked by the Oberlandrats or directly to me, so that I can pass them on to the right places. If you have been a member, please indicate what you have had and what training you have given. Prague, Palais Czernin, 28.11.1939.
