69 - 6 - In former times there were two tachechieche journalists - two listeners of our venerable Karls University - today there are two intellectuals who serve foreign masters and turn after the wind. Dr. Vaitauer and Dr. Rudolf Prochazka - remember their names well! You brave men, who wait silently with bitten teeth so that, if you are allowed to speak again, you can tell all those who have been excluded from the tachechoslovak culture! The German border is reported that Ribbentrop geatern left Berlin to Gdansk to greet Kxlexak Molotov with his escort there. Under-Secretary of State in the Foreign Ministry Butler, said last week that England had taken to the Kenntais that the Italian Air Force is now involved in the attacks on England. So far, however, no Italian bombers have dropped their bombs on British territory. The proclamation of cooperation between Poland and the CSR was handed over to the public today at a press conference in the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Polish Minister of Information and the Secretary of State in the Central Foreign Ministry Dr. Ripka participated in the conference. After reading the proclamation, the two ministers gave exposés on the proclamation. The Polish Minister for Information expressed his wish that this step of the two governments would be welcomed by all who do not want Germany to impose its new order on Europe, and that the new order would be based on the free unification of the peoples of Poland. The purpose of the agreement between the two governments is to create a solid basis for the future, in order for the others to gather. Dr. Bipka explained that the most diverse solutions for the structure of Central Europe have already been found. One spoke either of the restoration of the previous state or of a Danube federation .... etc. Today's proclamation will show everyone that none of these solutions is possible without the cooperation of Poland with the ČSR. The new structure of Central Europe has to be based on cooperation between Poland and the CsR. As it is said, the British government has very much welcomed this proclamation and looked at it for a sign and proof of a better future for Central Europe.
