In the case of deaths in home hospitals, the following procedure must be followed: a) If the deceased belongs to a part of his home country or to a replacement part of the territory, and to a department located in the home country, the latter arranges the donation of the wreath and the military assistance, as well as the transfer in consultation with the hearers, the hospital and the site elders. b) If the deceased does not yet belong to a home country, In case of burial at the place of death, the hospital shall arrange for wreath donation and, if the place where the death is located, for the site-oldest military burial; 2.) in case of transfer to a troop location: procurement of wrench donation and military burial by the site's oldest burial place; 3.) in the case of transfers to a location without troop burial or to a non-site: procurement: the wreary donation.
