- 19 - 7 Age and invalidity = The question of the income insurance of this pension of the employed person has not yet been settled in any way by the trade bank, neither under Law 221/24 Coll., nor under No. 26/29 Coll. In the sense of the institutional pension regulations, the employees of the commercial bank in Prague, who enjoy an occupational pension improvement, complain that they are not only entitled to a supplement of K 1,1400,-- paid annually under Art. III of the Reg.Ver.Slg.316/13.V.41. The pensioners mentioned consider that this allowance should be credited to them and not deducted,for which they have the following justification: a./ The commercial bank does not bear the costs of the supplement= payment,because the cost of 1/3 is borne by the general pension insurance institution and 2/3 by the protectorate, b./ according to the complainants, who have not actually won by the pension insurance= novel, there is an illegal enrichment of the commercial bank. The wish of pensioners could be countered by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour declaring the allowance in question to be indeterminate from the pension requirement.
