Caregivers in hospitals and health institutions ask for uniform organization of their working hours.They point out that the provisions of Law No.91/18 Coll. concerning 8 hours' working time are not complied with and that the provision of § 4 of the same Law on 32 hours' undisturbed rest is frequently violated. The number of hours worked varies considerably from one institution to another and in the course of 4 weeks instead of 192 hours of work, a maximum of 351 hours.
