2 - 158 II. Main subject group. _Textile,Clothing,Leather. By the declaration of wages no.50/26 July 1941, Amtsbl.No.149 of 27 July 1941 the wage conditions were regulated among others also for the employees of the wool industry. In the wage regulations of this declaration, pay table III,Abs.8 reference is made to the chairmen in wool weavings. In addition, however, there is a group of so-called chair judges, whose wage and work conditions are not regulated by any declaration. The chair judge is obliged, according to instructions of the master, to make the necessary replacement of chains. The chair governor is familiar with the supervision of several looms=, he helps and represents the master in his absence and organizes the work. Thus, he performs a responsible= rich task which essentially distinguishes you from that of the chair judge. The fact that the chair judges do not refer to satisfactory wage statements is felt particularly difficult to ask for an appropriate supplement to the wage statements 500/41, pay regulations III, Table 8. For the following branches of the leather industry it is requested to publish a declaration of wages: 1.for the manufacture of manually manufactured slippers, 2.for the production of gloves in home work, 3.for Taschner, Sadtler,Galanterietashner and Tapezierer, 4.for Kürschner, preparers and dyers, 5.for Rot- und Weissgerber and 6.for the mechanical, factory-like production of shoes. All the relevant drafts have already been submitted.
