" Following preliminary remarks on the role of agriculture in the Slavic peoples, he recalled that the Chechnya agricultural cooperative system had already been at the forefront of development in the former Oesterreich-Hungary and that its representatives had already referred to the representatives of the Polish, Slovenian and Croatian genoese communities at that time.
