In fact, according to the credible information provided by the Sehneeberger, the defendant answered not only positively the question whether he had received this letter, but also attached the letter to it. Furthermore, the accused also talked to Schneeberger about the Nolč mentioned in the letter, referring to the content of the letter. The bearer of this letter - Mrs. Suoboda - also confirmed as a witness that she had seen the defendant read the letter and the supplements in her presence. She even noticed that the defendant had smiled at this. Finally, the defendant himself admitted that he had recognized from the letter that it was an illegal activity. Therefore he had also destroyed the letter and its annexes. Based on the statements of the witnesses Schneeberger and Svoboda, it is further established that the defendant was aware that the letter was from the aa m.
