STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 425, sig. 109-4/170
English Translation
III. Affairs of the agricultural soil. The protectorate of Bhmen and Mihren is one of the over-vulcan- test areas of Europe. The agricultural soil hardly reaches enough to feed the population, and that is why our aim is to make intensive use of every puss-breit soil, every single piece of land. l/. I ask that the military administration should again be given home, whether it would not be possible to postpone, in the interest of a successful course of the agricultural battle, the realization of the large projects which permanently evade the agricultural production of hundreds of agricultural estates and thousands of hectares of land /previously more than 9,000 hectares/ for the duration of the war. 2/. In particular, I ask you to postpone the l. May d.J. order for communities in the Wischau area, where a later date had originally been set, for the duration of the war. 3/. For the same reasons, I request a postponement of the implementation of the project in the Beneschau region, which involves velches of 5,000 hectares of agricultural land. 4/. In the interest of an intensive virtuous leadership, I would like to ask, on the great ground placed under forced use, to possess the previous self-timers under the supervision of the forced d want. In particular, I am very grateful if it could be avoided that this great ground-besitse sell without meadows of the Eigontumer. With regard to large estates, which belong to members of the old sexes, I allow myself only to make sure that these persons have always shown great prudence in political terms and that in 1938, too, they have become aware of the greatest tension in the tradition of German-Czech cooperation. ekrad
