ov -11 German People's List, probably their children and, if necessary, their spouse. (8) The German Peoples' List includes only those persons who were Polish nationals on 26th October 1939 or on 1st September 1939 Gdańsk nationals. Polish nationals are equal to those stateless persons who have recently possessed Polish nationality or, without having been Polish nationals, had their residence in the former Polish territory on 26 October 1939; the stateless people of Gdansk are the same as those who had recently possessed Gdanzo nationality or who, without being Gdanzia nationals, resided on 1 September 1939 in the Former Free State of Gdańsk; where the following provisions refer to Polish or Gdanese nationals, ReN DoaCpes eppeSuuepgqCe also refer to those statesless persons of the same status. EPT (9) The former BOINECNS of Polish or Gdańsk nationals are not included in the German People's List, which had their place of residence in the General AUA government on the date of entry into force of the Ordinance of 4 March 1941, on 7 March 1941. If, however, they have moved their residence to the General Government only after 1 December 1939, they will be admitted, since otherwise they would have become German nationals on a regular basis according to the previous regulation in the Circular of 25 November 1939, but not also under the final regulation. Furthermore, those former Polish or Gdansk nationals who have acquired a foreign nationality until 7 March 194l are not registered. Finally, the registration of the former Gdanese nationals who fulfil the conditions for admission to Divisions 1 or 2 of the German People's List is excluded. This is due to the great mass of former Gdańsk states.
