All national and social reading of this people, have in the first row the right and the duty to say to you today most emphatically: It is high time that you, male and determined, approach the most real and correct fulfilment of the duties towards the rich. Fulfill these your duties with all your strength, fulfill them unambiguously, openly and giving! So I do, every member of the government, every public servant, every worker, farmer, owner, businessman, must act with a lore each in the place on which he is placed. It is only a matter of honour to live up to the obligations which we took upon ourselves more than two years ago, but of the fact that we regain that part of the trust of the governing circles of the kingdom, which we have often lost through the guilt of those who did not understand our position and whom we urgently need for our national existence. We must be constantly aware that vir is part of a great and powerful empire, which has the power and will to protect us.
