As I am told by SS-Upperfuehrer Opländer, SS men from the Wehrmacht have registered to the TV associations in the area of the S.S. section XXXIX 2oo. The Wehrmacht does not release these men, because according to an agreement with the Herr Reichsprotektor, currently is to be excluded from the recruitment of people Germans to military service in view of the state of the popular struggle. The Wehrmacht refers to this agreement and does not want to depart from it, because it has found a suitable reason for not assigning men from its holdings to the protective squadron. Local negotiations with the Wehrmach are pointless. A regulation favourable to the defence squadron can best be achieved directly by negotiation with the OKW.
