The Moravian Slovakia cannot be considered as an exposure to the propaganda of a Moravian separatism. 4.) The position of the Bata works on this issue must be controlled by the Oberlandrat. 5.) The Oberlanderrat in Zlin is to be the master of Moravian Slovak Republic. 6.) The promotion of Moravia: Slovakia to the Moravian Slovaks must be realized. 7.) The Folklorist group must be combated. 8.)The economic conditions of Moravian Slovakia are better as far as possible.
