STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 2732, sig. 109-14/35
English Translation
-19 Since the measures taken can now be regarded as eliminating the worst maladministrations in the economic field, the activity of the Special Economic Command will in future have to focus mainly on taking any possibility available to the economic pests to develop. This will be achieved in particular through the further expansion and organization of the control service, with the evaluation of the experience gained from the practical treatment of cases. Furthermore, the frequent execution of over-controls and raids with the help of organs of the German police and gendarmerie is also planned. The activities of the Special Economic Command will continue to be even more intense in the future than was possible so far because of the limited powers available to them, in order to suppress the trade in other goods. In this context, it is worth noting that the control service in the Ministry of Commerce has also been centralised and consolidated under uniform management (see last sheet in Annex 1). Finally, the already well-established cooperation with the specialized departments of the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia will continue to be maintained and deepened in order to fully coordinate legislative and executive bodies and to align them even more uniformly. In conclusion, the organisation of the Bohemian-Moravian Associations, as can be seen from a number of complaints received, suggestions and suggestions for improvement, is still left to be resolved.
