- L - the Minister of the Interior, General Jezek, commissioned the creation of a control body, both above and outside the existing technical controls, which had to prevent, as has been the case so far, the production of consumer goods from being poorly covered and, as a result of a lack of control over consumption, from being partly postponed on the way to the consumer in the field of sight-warning. It must be recognized that Minister J e z e k is eager to solve the difficult task entrusted to him, which he has been given extensive powers to resolve. In a series of meetings, I have instructed him of the great guidelines for his legislative preparatory work, and I have also given him a great deal of thought for practical implementation. Of the regulations and decrees drawn up on its instructions, the following are particularly noteworthy: a) Establishment of a legal department in the Ministry of the Interior for the preparation of basic standards and directives in the field of economic control services. (b) Establishment of an executive economic control group with the Gendarmerie General Commander for the central orientation of the economic control service and the elimination of shortcomings.
