13 III. Specialized areas of special economic income. l. Food sector. A. Cereals and milling products. The result of the criminal proceedings initiated for concealment of parts of the grain harvest is to be reported in detail: De dn p 1,274 criminal cases were prepared, where l.o53 criminal charges were handed over to the political authority first stage for the prosecution in the administrative procedure and 22l were processed by the criminal police department in Prague and submitted to the Öberstaatsanwalt zweek's assessment according to § 4 of the decree against people's prisoners. Of these 221 cases, 67 were decided upon and 154 cases were returned, since the facts of § 4 of the regulation were filed against people's prisoners. Of these cases, only 5 were fined by administrative means for the prevention of cereals and 49 by the result of the re-examination only on the basis of unreliable notification of the cereal harvest. Of the l.o53 entitled to appeals by the parties, 379 cases have been brought; after examination of the objections raised in the appeals, the persons concerned were only punished in 97 cases because of incorrect notification of the cereal harvest, since the original suspicion of the grain harvest had proved to be unfounded. In the other cases, there is no change.
