The departure from the circular line to the Pankratz follows at 11.15 o' clock. The written direction of the "New Day" asked around 2 p. m. for an instruction on the form in which the commemoration in the Pancratz should be treated. I have replied that on 10 March the Commission received information on this matter in good time. 2.
