F r a n k, the president of the Institute for East German Labour, has commissioned me to invite you on his behalf to a lecture on the "Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia" in the legal and political relationship of the state. This lecture is planned at the Institute for German Eastern Work in front of the leading administrative officials of the Government of the General Government and the Districts and will meet with a very special interest in this circle. I ask you to let me know if you are prepared to give the requested lecture in Krakow and what date you would like to set for it.
