24 September 9, 1941. Sta. St.S. 355/41. To Minister President Eliáš, Prague. Dear Prime Minister! The Rentamtsverwaltung i.R. Ludwig Müller, born on 1.5.1868, residing in Oberleutensdorf, Schlosstraße 1, German state member, was employed on 1.3.1892 at Waldstein's administration, Dominion Dux and Oberleutensdorf, as a Rentamt adjunkt. On 1.3.19o1/ he was transferred to the head of the rent office. He held this office until 31.12.1923. As- then his employment took place in the Czech-Slovak state service, as the Waldbeaitz of the Waldstein administration was expropriated in the course of the land reform. Müller was treated by the Czech-Slovak State as a pensioner and received the difference between the pension paid on 31.12.1923 and his previous salary. On 1.3.193 the Czech-Slovak State retired him after the completion of the sixty-second year - on the basis that a pension of 18.72o,-- K was paid annually under the assumption of the pension benefit payable to Waldstein's administration.
