10. to invite the former President of the Minister, Rudolf Beran, as a speaker, but again a betrayal has taken place. Some citizens from the Kozoyed agricultural party secretly arranged a meeting with the comunist MP of Pilsen, who, after Mr Beran's speech, agreed to present this colorful description of the life of Mr Kučera. It was expected that the Kučera would be hit by the blow that would free Liblin of his tyrant. But in the autumn, when the monument of the public was to be handed over, the mobilization took place and in the spring, the protectorate was built so that the festival was no longer held. Kučero, however, did not wait and invited new guests to his castle. He was often visited by the colonel of the German general staabes, the baron of Longin. Even now, many German cars come to the Kučera, but most of them are from the Aemtern and the state police and so one day one could read a message which was unpleasant for Mr. Kučera and his son-in-law Ing.Hřebiček: Director of the large estate Liblin, son- in-law of Mr. Emil Kučero, was sentenced by the state office in Prague to a prison sentence of 3 months for overpriced pigs and a fine of K 3O0.o00.--condemned; in case of incapacity another 6 months in prison. Ing. Hřebiček immediately got a bloodfall and could not take the punishment. Meanwhile he took the appeals to this verdict and nobody believed that Hřegiček would not lose his crafe - but failed. The German office knows no joke and no bribery. This matter could not be settled with a box of chocolate, but something unusual happened on Tuesday, May 20th, 1994 in Liblin. To Liblin a car came to the Hotel PENsIoN, in which two German gentlemen sat, who gave orders to the gendarmerie postman to arrest and hand over Mr. Hřebiček. In Kralowitz he finds himself in the courthouse in room 3, where his colleague also studied on March 16, 1939. Mr. Kučera was also arrested on May 21, 194l in Prague by the Lord, who also had Mr. Hřebíček arrested. Kucera was released in the meantime. But that was not all. On Monday 19th May 194l, 3 cars were driven to Liblin, where the gentlemen who brought the coercive administrator to the property of Mr. Kučera krazk were present. The faithful servants of Mr, Kučera, spread the rumor that the German coerct administration will be dismissed shortly. aSaC
