S. was born on 1 August l899 at Teplice-Schöau'. He was married twice, both marriages were divorced. p. was an official of the former Austrian-Hungarian Bank and was taken over by the Czechoslovak National Bank as an official, S. is described by his colleagues as a very reckless person.• Because of his recklessness he was transferred to the branch of the National Bank in Pilsen. There he was guilty of irregularities, which led to his transfer to Prague. Technically, S. is described as incompetent and unreliable and as inferior in character. According to Czech colleagues, he is capable of any badness. He was warned several times by his superior department and finally retired at the age of 40. Today, S. operates various unclean shops (chain trade) . S. calls on acquaintances to have good relations with German services and declares that he will be admitted to German services within a short time as an official.
