89 - 3 - this is exclusively the merit of the artist and human being Heinrich Hönich, whose visual ape as a painter and graphic artist is a special place in this exhibition, as well as the works of his student and now co-worker Josef Vietze. Two rooms, reserved exclusively for the work of pupils, bear witness to the high level of performance achieved by the students. The three German classes of the Czech Academy of Fine Arts were immediately transformed into a self-stining German Academy of fine arts after the establishment of the Protectorate, which was recently taken over by the Reich as a German university institute for fine arts. What this institution, its teachers and its students, in the past that lies directly behind us, have done in the wake of the present, in order to open the doors to the German University Institute for Fine Arts far into its new Grossdeutsche Zukunft, that is the purpose of this exhibition.
