A look at the map must convince every reasonable person so that the small Czech people can only live and thrive in the more than twelve times the larger German people's bloc if, grasping its historical and geopolitical vision, it is absolutely and culturally integrated in the German life and destiny space, but never as an enemy state with an anti-German conception as in the last 20 years. Today the Czech must recognize again, as he has repeatedly recognized in earlier centuries, that the only future and happiness of his people lies not in the struggle against the German neighbour who surrounds him everywhere, but only in the honest cooperation with the German people. The creation of the Protectorate is a new section in the history of the Czech people and the Central European region. Here we want to show that national socialism finds creatively new forms for the coexistence of peoples in a kingdom, based on our principles of the honor and dignity of a nation and the importance of foreign peoples. The autonomy given to the Czech people should therefore be a genuine autonomy and the Czech should fill it with all its abilities and achievements. It is natural that the autonomous interests of the Czech People should always be reconciled with the interests of this Reich, since the Protectorate has become part of the Reich. I would like to say that, of course, in all areas of the Czech habitat in the Protectorate, German interests can and do exist everywhere, which must not be violated.
